
About Ms. Kendall
A teacher of 7th grade math at Jim Bridger Middle School, Ms. Kendall studied music theory and composition at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, before joining the 2023 Teach For America program in North Las Vegas. Her first year teaching math, she previously completed a 120-hour TEFL program, taught introductory music theory courses at Northern Arizona University, and volunteered in a first grade classroom in Florence, Italy.

How I have been Learning to Understand Students, Families, and Communities and Learning Differences. Specifically, how I use understandings of individual differences and diverse cultures and communities to ensure inclusive learning environments that enable each learner to meet high standards.
